We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so you have 14 days to change your mind and return your order. However, we do not accept any parcels/shipments that we have not been notified about in advance. Please make sure to contact us first to avoid any issues with your return.

How to return items correctly and efficiently:

1. Notify us first!

Please send us an email to inform us of your decision to return an item. We’ll provide you with the necessary return form. You can also download the form here.

Note: We do not accept any parcels without prior notification.

2. Prepare the items

• Attach the completed and printed return form to the package.

• Ensure the scratchpads are in their original, unused condition—no signs of wear, scratches, or damage. Any item with visible signs of use (e.g., claw marks, worn or stained fabric) will not be eligible for a refund.

Clean the products before returning (remove cat fur, etc.). A cleaning fee may apply if the items are returned in an unclean state.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your package and verify the condition of the returned items, we will issue a refund via bank transfer to the account provided on the return form.

Important: A full refund is only possible if the scratchers are returned clean and in perfect, unused condition. We are also not responsible for any bank charges.
